The raw material for polyurethane usually contains TDI (toluene di-isosyanate). TDI is a toxic substance by inhalation of vapor, mist and dust particles. And when touched through the skin.      Recamax | Polyfill processes raw materials based on MDI (Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) which are non-toxic on vapor, mist and contact.      After curing there is a thermoplastic elastomer to which no health risks can be attributed.

Requirements are set for the storage and processing of polyurethane in the context of working conditions and environmental protection.   Our employees are certified for handling hazardous substances.

The production areas are set up for safe processing (working conditions guidelines NL legislation and regulation ARBO) and storage of hazardous substances. (NL legislation and regulations PGS-15)
